We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk to the beach, as well as nearby restaurants, pubs, cafés, and shops. It made getting around so easy and enjoyable. Peter and Warren were amazing hosts; incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The service was excellent from start to finish. The beds were super comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the breakfast was delicious and a real highlight each morning. We couldn’t fault our experience and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location.

If you are looking for a B & B on the Isle of Wight, this is the one to go to. It is a lovely place to stay and the owners do everything so well from start to finish. Everything you read on these reviews is true. The location is great, close to the High St and 500yds or so from one end of the esplanade. You get a warm welcome from the owners, Warren and Peter, and they do everything so well and go out of their way to make sure you want for nothing. The establishment is spotless and well kept and their breakfasts will probably keep you going all day. It's like a home from home and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. A couple of tips. They booked the ferries for us and that saved us about 20% on the ferry website fares. As nothing last for ever, just check that Warren and Peter are still the establishments owners as it probably won't be quite the same without them.
