预订后，即使我已全额付款，我也没有收到电子邮件确认。无法联系到客户服务（电话打不通，电子邮件超过 1 个月没有回复，然后完全无用的回复说他们无法为我做任何事，是的，是的，你没看错）。这真是一种耻辱，是我处理过的最糟糕的客户服务，但是……在现场，工作人员不堪重负，接待处没有人，机器可以办理入住！当您旅行一整天后，您仍然希望受到微笑的欢迎，甚至受到任何欢迎。房间里的窗户无法打开（只有空调，所以你要么太热，要么太冷，而且一直呼吸着污浊的空气）。除非您身高 1 米 90，否则床太高。你必须要求安排房间！ （第一次看到这个）。到了餐厅，要等很久，甚至付钱。人员非常不足。他们尽了最大努力，但坦率地说，没有人能超越自己。酒店前台提供服务、收款、接待必须是同一个人！那个小小的接待台看起来更像是一个大厅而不是接待处。在这个级别的酒店里真是太棒了。我们离市中心很远，晚上 7:30/8 点之后根西岛就没有公交车了。由于船到时我们也找不到出租车，所以我们只能带着行李步行走完全程。晚上的餐厅在市中心，要么晚上 6:00 吃晚饭，要么步行回家。出发那天，我们把钥匙放在盒子里，没有看到一个人影。感觉如此不受欢迎对于顾客来说不仅仅是不愉快。一般来说，在酒店里，都会有一个主人。我们在跟谁开玩笑呢？再也不会出现在这家如此不尊重顾客的连锁店中。就我而言，这是第一次也是最后一次经历。然而，我过了一个多月才提出意见，是为了冷静而不是出于愤怒，但我的结论还是一样。可悲！

这家酒店隶属于英国知名连锁酒店，符合Premier Inn酒店一贯的高标准。与市中心相比，您在这里遇到法国人的几率要低得多，因此非常适合与酒店员工和其他客人（商务、休闲和家庭旅客，详见下文）练习英语。最划算的房型是家庭房（最多可容纳3人——一张双人床和两张单人床），儿童可享免费早餐（一位付费成人可免费享用一位儿童早餐）。酒店位置：位于海滨，距离圣彼得港（渡轮码头）步行约20分钟或乘坐巴士5分钟即可到达。这里环境清幽，远离市中心和港口的喧嚣。周边环境优美，已全面翻新，公交系统十分便利：几分钟内即可到达多个站点，线路众多。街对面就有一家超市（Waitrose），可以满足您的各种需求，附近还有几家其他商店。步行不到10分钟即可到达岛上最好的炸鱼薯条店之一（Beecons）。除了街区和整体理念略显冷清之外，我没什么可抱怨的。诚然，还有更多更具特色的选择，但如果你想要在安静祥和、交通便利的区域，入住一家干净整洁、维护良好的酒店，享受一个安静的夜晚，那么这里就非常完美。

Hotel was fine. About 15 - 20 min walk from the town centre and next to a great cafe and a Waitrose. Where the problems began were the multiple and ever expanding exclusions from the dinner menu at the hotel. This included fries. Very strange. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as from previous experience they aren’t very good. Great cafe opposite the hotel though. Aircon / heating was very buggy and noisy in hotel. Probably would stay again as cheap and ok location.

Exceptional staff. Hannah and Louise go above and beyond, doing all the little things, that make such a big difference. Was made to feel so welcome. Whilst struggling with mobility, the respectful compassion showed to myself, I never could have dreamed of. Simply fantastic, I never do reviews though felt compelled to do so. I would highly recommend the premier inn Guernsey. The staff are an absoloute credit to the hospitality business. I for one am very greatful for them and there excellent service. Thank you

Lovely hotel, very affordable, very clean, very welcoming and in the perfect location. Staff were exceptional and really did their best for us I wod highly recommend this place it stunned me.

Amazing staff here at premier inn, these guys work so hard and still smiling and exceeding expectations. Please pass on my particular thanks to Hannah, Radha, chef Terry and a young lady serving with glasses which I can't remember her name. Well done premier inn, I will defo be back.
