Lovely hotel, very affordable, very clean, very welcoming and in the perfect location. Staff were exceptional and really did their best for us I wod highly recommend this place it stunned me.

Amazing staff here at premier inn, these guys work so hard and still smiling and exceeding expectations. Please pass on my particular thanks to Hannah, Radha, chef Terry and a young lady serving with glasses which I can't remember her name. Well done premier inn, I will defo be back.

What a lovely clean hotel and the staff have excellent customer service, nothing too much trouble. Near everything, 15 min drive to the airport.

The location is great, just near the water front. The atmosphere is great too, very welcoming and friendly. The staff are great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable, especially the bed it was very cozy. Breakfast was great with a variety of hot drinks, eggs, full English breakfast menu, cereals, bakery items, etc.

I have been to premier inn admiral park guernsey several times over the years. Its always a clean and welcoming place. The food is fantastic and i cant praise the staff enough. Always attentive and polite. I highly recommend staying here. Hannah sarah and jacob where exceptional.

Great n friendly staff always checking that guests who are the no1 priority were happy n accommodated. Best staff in the whole of the uk n other hotels should take note n follow example.

预订后，即使我已全额付款，我也没有收到电子邮件确认。无法联系到客户服务（电话打不通，电子邮件超过 1 个月没有回复，然后完全无用的回复说他们无法为我做任何事，是的，是的，你没看错）。这真是一种耻辱，是我处理过的最糟糕的客户服务，但是……在现场，工作人员不堪重负，接待处没有人，机器可以办理入住！当您旅行一整天后，您仍然希望受到微笑的欢迎，甚至受到任何欢迎。房间里的窗户无法打开（只有空调，所以你要么太热，要么太冷，而且一直呼吸着污浊的空气）。除非您身高 1 米 90，否则床太高。你必须要求安排房间！ （第一次看到这个）。到了餐厅，要等很久，甚至付钱。人员非常不足。他们尽了最大努力，但坦率地说，没有人能超越自己。酒店前台提供服务、收款、接待必须是同一个人！那个小小的接待台看起来更像是一个大厅而不是接待处。在这个级别的酒店里真是太棒了。我们离市中心很远，晚上 7:30/8 点之后根西岛就没有公交车了。由于船到时我们也找不到出租车，所以我们只能带着行李步行走完全程。晚上的餐厅在市中心，要么晚上 6:00 吃晚饭，要么步行回家。出发那天，我们把钥匙放在盒子里，没有看到一个人影。感觉如此不受欢迎对于顾客来说不仅仅是不愉快。一般来说，在酒店里，都会有一个主人。我们在跟谁开玩笑呢？再也不会出现在这家如此不尊重顾客的连锁店中。就我而言，这是第一次也是最后一次经历。然而，我过了一个多月才提出意见，是为了冷静而不是出于愤怒，但我的结论还是一样。可悲！
酒店隶属于英国知名连锁酒店，满足熟悉 Premier Inns 的人士所期望的所有标准。与市中心相比，遇到法国人的可能性要小得多，因此非常适合与员工和客户（商务、旅游和家庭客户，见下文）练习英语。最优惠的是家庭间（最多 3 张床 - 一张双人床和两张加床）和儿童免费早餐（1 位付费成人 = 1 位儿童免费）。位置：沿着海滨，后退，步行约二十分钟，乘坐巴士 5 分钟，从圣皮埃尔港（渡轮）出发。这里很安静，远离市中心和港口的喧嚣。非常美丽、经过全面翻修的商业区，尤其是公交车服务非常好：距离几个站点只有几分钟的路程，并且有许多线路。街道的另一边也是如此：一家超市（Waitrose），里面有您需要的一切，还有一些其他商店。距离岛上最好的炸鱼薯条之一（Beecons）不到 10 分钟路程。我没有任何负面观点，除了该区域和公式的消毒面之外。当然还有更典型的，但如果您想在干净、维护良好的酒店、安静且交通便利的区域度过一个安静的夜晚，那一切都很好。
