We have a front desk staff who understand English and Chinese well speaking standby 2 persons. The hotel has set up the toiletries in the bathroom. on arrival the front office staff has recommending you download the hotel service application called "Handigo" which you can request for more toiletries as you would. Moreover, the application will be including shuttle bus service request, in room dining and information about hotel. At the Silk Road for Breakfast our service staff team would provide you a better service and freshly cooked. The Staff will take some menu that take time to cooking like noodle and eggs to avoid keep you waiting and ruin your morning day.I just wish to inform you about Eastin brand concept; Eastin hotel is Absolute Hotel Service’s Business hotel category and follow its standard globally, at over 50 Eastin hotels in the world. 出差一直住在这家酒店， 楼上有天台，有酒吧，很靠近旧机场，早餐种类很多，适合中西方口味口味，非常值得推荐

在万象宜必思尚品酒店度过了一段美妙的时光！酒店的河畔位置能欣赏到湄公河和对岸泰国的绝美景色。工作人员非常友好、礼貌，并且总是乐于助人。早餐非常棒，选择种类繁多，还有美味的当地菜肴。另外，前往夜市的免费班车服务也是一个很棒的福利！酒店的App让设施管理变得轻而易举。强烈推荐这家酒店，因为它拥有卓越的服务、完善的设施和优越的地理位置！
首先，酒店位置还不错，虽然每小时有一班免费班车（去南普/夜市），如果能按时乘坐就方便，但对于商务出行来说可能会有点不便。早餐很好，服务也到位。如果考虑去市中心的便利性，可能会觉得不太方便，但如果是想安静地休息放松，这里就很适合。湄公河就在酒店前面，风景非常棒。
这家酒店地理位置优越，风景优美，离湄公河很近，离集市也不远，附近有各种各样的活动。酒店服务一流，所有部门的员工都非常出色，特别是司机，他虽然直言不讳，但非常热心。

永珍怡顺酒店是一家豪华酒店，设计现代，坐拥绝美河景，服务一流，早餐美味，地理位置优越。在永珍能以这样的价格享受如此高端的住宿体验，性价比超高。
酒店设施很现代化，早餐种类多样，味道也不错。不过，以万象的标准来说，价格稍微有点贵，所以性价比算不上高。
这个酒店其实非常不建议中国人去住。因为和国内的酒店差异和区别蛮大的。
首先第一个的话那边的人主要都是都是讲英文不会英文的建议不要去。
第二个酒店就是没有那个洗漱用品，这跟国内的很多酒店也不一样。
第三个的话老外非常多，容易有那个理解和服务上的冲突。比如早餐里面的一些鸡蛋面条，他需要预定的就是你到桌子上之后再找服务员。
我在这个酒店遇到一个非常粗鲁的澳大利亚人，澳大利亚人真的是素质很差。
