I booked at 6:30 AM on Aug 16 after having issues with accomodation that had been booked for me. Understandably, my room was not ready so customer service let me wait in the lobby. As I was waiting there were cockroaches crawling in the lobby. I immediately called customer service who agreed to cancel and refund. So, I did not check in and have not received the services I have been charged for. On Aug 21 I had not received a refund. I contacted Sonder to request the status. They advised I would receive my refund in 7-10 business days. 15 days after the fact, I contact Sonder to receive an update as I still haven't received the refund and they advise that I will not receive one because I did not send a picture of the cockroach and I did not see my room. They never asked me for a picture of the cockroach & I did not have access to my room because it was too early. How can I ask my family to wait in a cockroach ridden lobby? In any event, their customer service advised it was cancelled - a straight lie. They had already agreed to and acknowledged the refund and then suddenly refused. Sonder customer service is unhelpful, rude, and their services are consistently subpar. I booked sonder given the dire situation I found myself in, but against my better judgement from previous negative experiences. What a mistake. Never ever again Sonder.

Do not book this place! We made a booking a year ago via Aribnb. Both the deposit and final payment had been taken, and we’d received arrival instructions. However, upon arrival we discovered that the place is a building site. With no support from Airbnb or SACO we were stranded in London. Four young women. Disgusting. This place is still available to book on some booking sites. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!

We were impressed by the size of the property and the furnishings. Everything we needed was provided. We have never stayed in a serviced apartment before, but having kitchen facilities gave it the edge over a hotel room, so we will be looking to stay in this type or property again. We enjoyed the view (we were on the 6th floor) from the apartment we stayed in.
