Super clean room with a comfy bed and beautiful view from the large balcony. Friendly and helpful staff who were always available. Property felt secure and the location is just a few minutes walk to the beach.

its a neat clean quiet well maintained property..about 500 meters from the beach..close to dining (Ramas restaurant, Patnem chai stall), chaudi market
our 2nd time in patnem..this time we had our motorcycle..so it was very convenient to move around and the good location facilitated this.
the staff and property itself are very customer friendly

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and found little fault on either occasion. The room was large and spotless. Air conditioning was easy to use and very efficient. Unlike some other Goan hotels the water temperature was consistent and the shower powerful with the choice of hand held or fixed above you. There is a suitably comfortable balcony accessed by large sliding glass doors and a small fridge to cool drinks. The only slight issue was that the Wi-Fi could be a little weak and slow at times.

Excellent 4 night stay
Easy check in to large room with 2 king size beds. Excellent air conditioning and good supply of hot water in the shower. Only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi was a little patchy

I had very comfortable and pleasant stay at this place. The room was very well maintained, nice and clean, exactly like it's shown in the picture. The place has parking space which was again a great experience for me. The bathroom and balcony are nice and clean. Would have loved to have some food service also, but nevertheless the staff is available for all your needs like plates, spoons etc. Patnem beach is around the corner and you will get ample options of food. Overall we enjoyed our stay with our child.

非常好的安静的酒店。房间很大，配有舒适的床、阳台、空调、风扇、冰箱、干衣机和茶具。宽敞的阳台是每个人晚上聚会的地方，增添了舒适感。附近有咖啡馆、商店和其他度假村基础设施。接待人员帮忙叫出租车去机场。酒店给人留下了最愉快的印象。
在这里住了 14 晚，非常喜欢这里。酒店距离风景如画的Patnem 海滩有400m。一个非常安静和舒适的放松场所。房间布置得很好而且非常干净。所有房间都有一个阳台，这很特别，你可以坐下来放松。工作人员非常友好、乐于助人，随时准备提供帮助（他们帮我们租了一辆自行车、出租车往返机场）。我强烈推荐这个地方，因为它距离帕特内姆海滩仅 5 分钟步行路程。
