Hilton Bahrain is next to Atlantis in Dubai the best hotel we have stayed at. Rooms, service and facilities is excellent. We had a three bedroom suite for our family of six and it was spacious and had great views of the sea, I really recommend this room! Hotel location is great close to modern city centre mall and many nice restaurants nearby. The hotel staff really made everything to make sure we had the best time during our stay. We could mention everyone but a special thanks to Sigel Islam who took great care of us in our room, the excellent pool & gym team, breakfast team and Kishor Ojhq together with the front desk, you all deserve 5-stars, THANK YOU see you next time!

A great hotel offering multiple residential style accommodation options, including studios one-bedroom two-bedroom Three-bedroom apartments, as well as a stunning penthouse with a private pool and a full view of the Seef area of beautiful Bahrain. The stay is truly luxurious, with excellent hospitality from all the staff. From the moment you arrive, you feel warmly welcomed by their constant smiles and genuine care. The restaurant is very nice, with a very good chef and a professional team that adds great value to the overall experience. Special thanks to the Sales team, the reception team, and the restaurant staff — especially Sapna. Highly recommended for a luxury and comfortable stay.

This was a very disappointing experience, especially for a hotel operating under the Hilton brand, which is expected to follow strict global hospitality and privacy standards. One unusual observation was that the vast majority of the staff were from the same nationality as the manager, with very limited diversity across departments. This stood out as odd compared to other international hotels I have stayed in. The main issue, however, was a complete lack of respect for guest privacy. I was staying in Room 1606 and had the Do Not Disturb sign displayed because I was exhausted and needed uninterrupted rest. Despite this, the hotel repeatedly called my room. Staff were aware that the DND sign was on, yet they ignored it. Their excuse was that they wanted to deliver a fruit basket and chocolates — something I never requested. Additionally, I do not consume uncovered food. They then called again simply to ask how my stay was going. Ironically, the stay itself was the disturbance. According to Hilton’s global standards, a Do Not Disturb sign must be respected unless there is an emergency. These calls were not emergencies and represent a clear failure to follow Hilton policy. Noise levels were also unacceptable. Housekeeping staff were speaking loudly in the corridors, making it impossible to rest. I booked two nights but had to check out after just one night due to the constant interruptions, noise, and disregard for privacy. Given the repeated disturbances and violation of Hilton standards, compensation is justified. This experience does not reflect Hilton’s brand values, and Hilton corporate should review this property’s operations and staff training. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values privacy, quiet, or adherence to international hospitality standards.

The hotel and staff are amazing. Noor Alam is especially a great member of staff. Courteous, polite and friendly. The guys in the breakfast hall are all very nice and go above and beyond! They have 2 pool - one inside and not too deep for the kids. Hotel apartments are spacious and luxurious. We are on the 43rd floor with great city views.

My husband and I had a really lovely stay at Hilton Bahrain City Centre. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, but honestly, it’s the people who make it special. Everyone we met was warm and genuinely welcoming from the start. A special shoutout to Pratima, who was so kind and professional and made us feel really well looked after. Even the lifeguards, Eidris and Bibba, took the time to walk us around and show us the hotel, which was such a nice touch and totally unexpected. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Bahrain.

This place is incredible, so clean l, luxurious, gorgeous architecture, fitness, valet parking, every thing is new and clean either a big plus which is a free buss that takes you to city center 👍employees are very friendly from the moment I arrived the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Got a brand new studio that is clean and spacious and had all amenities I need for a comfortable stay. The bed is super comfortable and I love the view ❤️❤️❤️ the location is perfect a must try is ther breakfast😋 a big thank you to Mr. Leonard the Sales Manager that took care of my reservation as I was contacting him from Abu Dhabi. The hotel feels like a home away from home. Will try the spa in the coming few days 🙂
