I have been working in tourism for a long time, and I had never seen something like this. The place is dirty, neglected, with bad service and they are also dishonest. I booked from December 30th to January 3rd. The Hotel ran out of water on the 31st and the 1st, and they did not provide cleaning service in the rooms, a service that was mentioned in the contract. After wasting a lot of time at the reception to talk to a person in charge, he never answered the calls, until the next day. I asked for a refund for the last 2 nights, which I did not spend in such establishment, a certain Rodrigo promised me a refund, which has not been done yet. This Mr. Rodrigo and also his colleague Daniel, who also promised the refund, no longer respond to my calls and messages. The pool was dirty, the restaurant abandoned, the wifi with bad signal, the terrace full of garbage. Given such a bad experience, I consulted other hotels in Holbox and you can really find something much better for the same price, or even for less!! Disappointing and very expensive, and I do not know where the "boutique" term comes from, there is absolutely nothing to highlight. Really to avoid

Antes que nada queremos destacar la amabilidad, predisposicion y atencion de Guillermo quien desde el primer dia nos hizo la estadia increible. El hotel es muy bonito, la habitacion es simple pero tiene lo necesario, tan vez lo unico que le agregaria seria una heladerita pequeña que nuestra habitacion al menos no tenia. La cama es muy comoda y la tranquilidad del hotel es a destacar, esta cerca del centro pero lejos del ruido del centro asique es perfecto para decansar. El desayuno que nos brindo Guadalupe fue delicioso, el cafe es muy rico y Guadalupe nos atendio cada mañana con su sonrisa y nos armo un delicioso desayuno.

Están coludidos con los taxistas y te hacen trampas. Te dicen que cobran 100 pesos y se van hasta 700 pesos. No sirven las pantallas, no sirven las cajas de seguridad, no hay agua. Los cuartos Están viejos y en mal estado. Muy caro para lo que es.
