Our stay at Silvanus Forest Retreat was very peaceful and refreshing. The property is surrounded by greenery and feels calm and away from the crowd. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the forest room we stayed in. They also have other room options to suit different needs. The resort is very beautiful, with open spaces, a big lawn, and a well-maintained banquet area, making it perfect for events and family functions. We really enjoyed walking around the property and relaxing in the quiet surroundings. They have separate pure veg and non-veg restaurants, which is a big plus. The food was delicious, fresh, and satisfying both lunch and dinner were really good. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind in Alibag if you’re looking for peace, comfort, and nature.

I stayed at Silvanus Forest Retreat for 3 nights, and it was an incredibly peaceful and refreshing experience. Surrounded by dense forest, the property offers a perfect escape into nature. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with a rustic charm. The staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, making the stay even more comfortable. The food was simple, fresh, and full of local flavors. Whether you’re looking to relax, recharge, or just enjoy nature, this place delivers. I left feeling completely recharged and would love to return for another peaceful getaway.

If customer feedback matters to head office then please find my review as below: From welcoming at resort to providing clean and good hygienic room, it was not good experience. We booked Forest Suite Room which is there upper category then normal rooms. 1st room we have been given was having lots of Big Ants in the room and on the Bed everywhere. Did not find that it cleaned before giving to customer. Then after lots of argument they showed us other rooms which has only Door opening on the front side. Rest all windows opening to Fix Dark Walls. It was not feel like we were looking Forest Suite Room, instead it was like normal Standard rooms in any cheap hotels. Then at the end they put us on only suite room left which has at least proper cleaning done and better than other but not as still we can say category as Suites. And only window which was facing backyard, that was not even closing properly so we had to put Small towel in-between so any mosquitos or lizard not enter the room from backyard. But there were no other option left that we can ask to change the room. Infact I saw your lower category rooms FOREST ROOM was having better cleaning and hygiene maintained. But unfortunately. we have been told that no rooms available there. Now comes to facility, No wifi was working in the room. We have complained whole day and they keep saying we done all changes so should be working but no Internet whole first day of checkin and whole second day of stay. Next night we literally had to fight for that then manager provided us with some JIO Dongle which atleast provided internet on phone but that was on the last day so not much helpful as next morning we had to checkout. Cleaning of Room during Stay: On 2nd day of our stay we have called reception and asked for room cleaning in the morning about 11, they said cleaners are doing so they will be there soon. We waited until 2.30 PM, no cleaning people arrived after 2-3 calls to reception. We decided to give the room keys to reception staff while going out, and asked them to clean the room now before we come back in the evening. We can back about 7PM completely wet due to Beach visit and heavy rain. We were even covered with lots of beach sand also and too much moisture. But when we asked for the key at reception on our return, they said keys with cleaners so we went to them and check Room was still not clean. We literally frustrated with Reception and Cleaners answers. Even Cleaners were not ready to clean then also and said we will come little late. We literally fight with Reception people on the road then they forced cleaners to clean the room. Still cleaners came at their own convenient after 15 minutes and we kept waiting outside of the room. Television: There was constant issue with Television provided to us. We asked them to change on first day of our stay at 6PM they said it will work dont worry. Then after dinner we forced them and take them with us to check themselves. They agreed to change the TV,

We had a wonderful stay here. Great hospitality, rooms are spacious and clean. The food is to die for and the ambience is beautiful. It's almost you are staying inside the forest with several species of plants and animals as well. It's a wonderful getaway with family and kids. If you are lucky enough you get to see turtles and huge frogs in their inhouse water well too. Everyone should visit atleast once. ❤

I was thoroughly impressed with the Hotel as well as the housekeeping staff during my stay. The rooms were spotless every day, with fresh towels, perfectly made beds, and attention to every detail. They were courteous, respectful, and efficient. I especially appreciated how they respected the "Do Not Disturb" sign and always asked if I needed anything when I passed them in the hallway. It was a pleasant stay, rooms were good and very clean. I personally met the owner of the resort Mr.Sanjay, he is very kind and down to earth person, showed us the upcoming amenities in the resort. I would highly recommend this place to people travelling with family and kids.

Booked the Pool suite room for 2 nights but the pool was unusable as it was filthy. On the first day we were told that it had just been cleaned and chlorine had been added. By the end of that day we realised that we had been lied to. Next morning at around 07:30 I saw the pool cleaner and asked him to have it cleaned. He said it would not be possible as it would take too long and too much effort. They offered to give us another room but we had a child and it would have been difficult to switch. The person who made the booking said she would have it cleaned on the 2nd day but that too didn't happen. The HK and room service staff were really nice.
