We stayed in the mountain view cottage for 3 nights. The dressing table was broken. The bathroom was poorly maintained. If you're lucky, you can spot frogs in the bathroom at night. Not much facilities. Overly priced for the facilities you get. Not worth.

We had booked the hut stay and before booking we had spoken to the owner and he confirmed the availability and the policy. Upon going there we realised that the hut was so dirty and the washroom had frogs inside it. We contacted the owner and he asked us to pay 1500 and shift to another room else stay in the same room itself and refund was not possible. So we had no choice but to pay 1500 and shift to another room. The other room too was so unclean with unwashed bedsheets and dirty toilets. There is no hot water available in the property. It is in the interior with no proper lighting and not very safe especially if women and children are there. Please do not book this property.

Do not expect any facility other than perfect behavior from owner. He does his best to make things good for guests. With the kind of rate he offered for the rooms ideally one should not expect facilities. The location is awesome to relax. Also the lake is waking distance. Food available is home cooked so don't expect something great however food is good for health.

Nice place at an isolated location very next to Sanapur lake surrounded by beautiful paddy fields.. Basic facilities inside the hut but its good for those who like to stay basic in nature. Harsha the owner takes good care of the guests.

It was a lovely place. Very positive and supportive staff. Rooms were really amazing and unique. Resigned a beautiful restaurant. Food is also very tasty. I did not find a single difficulty staying over there. It is really worth staying there in a less budget. I highly recommend it.
