The property was good but not great. Located in downtown Louisville, as good as expected. I do not like when at 9:30am housekeeping is knocking on the door asking if we're checking out today, when check out was by noon.

I really enjoyed the hotel. Staff was great, rooms were very nice. Every time I went outside, there was a bum asking me for money. It is a deterrent from me staying there again.

Room was clean, area was decent not much around. Breakfast could be better but wasn't bad. Room cleaners were cool. Only real complaint, is that parking is rough. Its either paid parking or park on the street. Never paid to park at a hotel I paid to stay at before, I found that a bit ridiculous. Snack bar was a plus. Snickers and Butterfinger ice-cream bars are never a bad thing I enjoyed that a lot.
