Review for Bike Heritage Resort, Matheran (Stay: 25th–27th October) We recently stayed at Bike Heritage, Matheran from 25th to 27th October. The location is peaceful but quite far from the main market. The resort needs to improve its room maintenance — our room was not properly cleaned, and we even found broken glass pieces which unfortunately injured my wife. The bathroom had leakages, and the intercom was not working. For any service request, guests need to contact the manager via WhatsApp, as the reception phone is often unattended. The food experience was good — we enjoyed the Gujarati Thali during lunch. However, the resort should consider serving breakfast and dinner inside the restaurant during rainy weather instead of in the open area. Also, please note that transportation in Matheran is limited — there are only around 20 e-autos available, and you might have to wait nearly an hour in line to reach Dasturi Naka. Overall, the resort has potential, but it definitely needs improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest convenience.

I had booked a room for 26th Dec and unfortunately met with an accident on 26th while coming to the hotel in Matheran. The horse dropped me on my face and we rushed back in emergency. A hotel staff came to the hospital and acknowledged the incident. They told us that they will get the refund. However, since then no one is attending my calls and Whats app and this is unprofessional to block the customer. This is a big trauma that our entire family went thru and still not recovered But none of the staff are taking calls or replying to whats app

We visited Matheran after a long time and were really hoping to stay at a nice place. Byke is located just a little away from main market and is a spacious well maintained property. check in was smooth . Rooms are well maintained. The food was the highlight as we had requested for Jain food. The manager of restaurant was attentive and prompt. Sorry missed asking his name. Activities are complimentary and are good fun. Gauri sang some beautiful songs specially old ones and kept the audience engaged. DJ night was just what we needed to unwind. Reaching the hotel still remains a challenge but once you reach there it is just relaxation and fun.

We had booked these property on their website and where the rooms were showing available payment was also made and we didn't received any booking copy only and while checking with there team it was sold out and the money was dedicated and they told us that you check another property we don't have rooms and we shall refund the money but no one is responding on emails nor on whatsApp they just check the whatsapp and no one is taking responsibility on the refund and we had to cancel the plan ita the worst experience hence don't trust these property also the opp person threats to block me and also denied to reply on email or whatsapp it's super service I can say

The Biker Heritage in Matheran Matheran is cool "Resort" with all amenities like climbing rope, swimming. In Evenings, there s live music where people enjoy Dinner with Music Food is obviously delicious, one of Best ones for MAHARASHTRA TOURISM. To go to Matheran from Bandra, firstly you can go to DN NAGAR In faster means and catch METRO to GHATKOPAR From GHATKOPAR take a train yo NERAL, from NERAL you need to book their specialised cabs and from there TOY TRAIN will take you to MATHERAN

It was fantastic resort in Matheran one of the best in my 50 visits the luxury rooms were fantastic the food was awesome the music was fantastic and best of the best the club house was well maintained I really enjoyed to the fullest

Booked luxury couple deluxe room. No windows in the room. Room has no ceiling fan. One table fan provided. No second fan provided on request. Electricity issue. No alternate available when out of electricity no arrange ment of candles/torch bathroom were not in good condition. Had shower issue and hygiene issue. It felt more like a box then a room.
