Room clean and had been recently updated. Front desk Staff were friendly and went out of their wst to provife great service. Stayed 3 nights and room was made up only on the last day and then forgot to replace the towels etc they removed. Was quiet even though very full. Breakfast was ok but staff need to monitor more closely, wipe tables etc. I woukd stay again.

The Hotel is charging too high then the facility they provide. The rooms which they provide are average and should not cost more then 1.5k. But they charged me 8k for the same room. I would never reccommend to book this Hotel. It would be better to book a 5 star hotel in place of this hotel.

The receptionist offered at room on 1st floor for 2500 INR which I duly accepted without any negotiation and got all my luggage from my cab, paid off the driver and farewelled my cab. As soon as my cab driver left, I was filling the form and the receptionist asked me not mention the check out time/date. I got curious and said I won't leave it blank. He changed the room price to 4500 INR with an excuse that he misunderstood the check out time as 2pm of MAY 25th. Come on! Scam caught! Why would someone pay 2500 just for a 7 hour stay. He was trying to scam me by asking not to mention the check out details and would have forced me to pay huge later. Beware of this scam hotel. They begin with bait and switch, they welcome you with all your belongings and will guide you to checkin on their terms, then make you pay high at the end or leave you stranded with all your luggage, kids and family if you catch their scam. I had to look for a different hotel with all my luggage and Family (Especially kids). Thankfully I got hotel Midtown, located opposite to this scam hotel, Midtown offered more expensive rooms but I accepted them as they were crystal clear as well as offered better service than this scam hotel Dhruv Palace. Please don't even stop at this scam hotel Dhruv palace if you care for your Family, time and money as all they care for is scamming people for more money. I'd rather pay more for a honest service over a cheap, mean and scamming hotel. Thanks.

As im Sagar rathod I travel from the karnataka it was good experience in hotel and staff service was good

垃圾箱在地上，必须从上面打开，卫生间的门必须关上（半门从上面开着，有2只蟑螂和蚊子进来。电灯开关松动，风扇坏了）只需按下开关即可 24x7 提供热水（打电话询问您的间歇泉是否是 24x7）。
要求换房间但没有回应。非常有选择性的工作人员很少是好的。总的来说，这不是一个最好的交易。只有床和毯子是可以接受的，否则不值得！

2) Dirty almirah with bad smell
3) Misbehaving staff
4) Food quality average
Location is very very convenient.
We have not tried food
Tea was good

Bedsheets we’re not clean
Washroom hand faucet was leaking
Tv not working
