The hotel is in Main road and centrally located. Reception desk is very friendly. The rooms are decent…but one main issue…steps not only to go to room from lifts but also inside the room as soon as door is opened..makes prone to fall in the darkness of the room. Good restaurants including a pure vegetarian restaurant serving good food

The property was clean and we got an extended checkout as well. I am not sure if we had breakfast available at the property - we did not have any there.

Bad experience. None of the food was fresh as the rice was cold and hard. The fish curry is basically water with fish. The biryani was to oily and it took 1 Hour to wash it off. Finally you have to experience the A/C turned up high.

Nice place for a little vacation. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. My overall experience at the Hotel KGA was excellent.

The location of hotel is very good..well maintained rooms..Lunch was excellent however breakfast was below average and needs improvementin terms of quality and should include more varieties..For deluxe room the option available was only inclusive of breakfast & lunch / dinner by paying around Rs 3000 extra which I feel is quite costly for a dinner for 2.
The staff were very cordial. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

The experience was good. They give complimentary breakfast as part of the reservation. Two half litre water bottles are provided but they can provide at least two litre bottle especially during summers. Apart from that the buffet breakfast is okay, a good mix of continental and Indian breakfast. They don't provide eggs to order as part of the buffet and it will be charged extra.
