Since the last two days, we were staying at Baghaan, and it was truly a wonderful experience — from hospitality and the property to the food, and above all, the service. Every staff member was humble and welcoming, especially Lavish Yadav, who was extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Baghaan to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay.

We went to this resort for an office outing (with families) and stayed in the Premium Orchard Cottages. The rooms were spacious and tidy, with individual WiFi access for each cottage. Each one also had a private sit-out area and rooftop access with a charpai. However, the rooftop wasn’t very clean, as small berry-like fruits had fallen from the trees, making it less inviting to sit there. The food was delicious, with different menu options for every meal—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There’s also a kids’ outdoor play area, but the ground had too much green fungus, which didn’t feel comfortable or safe for children. We enjoyed activities like pottery making and paintball, which were fun. The resort has two pools, both of which were amazing. The only downside was that housekeeping service was a bit slow whenever we requested something in the room. Since we visited in early August, there was only one mango tree outside the reception bearing fruit. I got lucky on both mornings to pick ripe mangoes that had just fallen. The receptionist also mentioned that the best time to visit is between July 10–25, when the maximum number of mangoes are available. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay.

Baghaan Resort is a serene getaway, perfect for a break from city life. Surrounded by lush greenery and nestled amongst mango orchards, the resort offers a peaceful environment and a rustic charm. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the staff is courteous and responsive all thanks to Mr. Ajun Das and his team of housekeeping. The food is delicious, with both Indian and continental options available. Mr. Tarun and his team were always there with a smile to attend to our request. Activities like zip-lining, rappelling, wall climbing, cycling (all chargeable) pottery, badminton and bullock cart rides (free) are available. There’s also a nice pool (requires regular cleaning) making it great for families. A special mention for Mr. Rajesh Joshi at Reception and his team Mr. Ravi & Mr. Rajkumar who ensured hassle free check-in and check-out. Ideal for a short trip with family to relax and reconnect with nature.

Baghaan is a wonderful place. Went there with family and our little pet- a 7 month old puppy. What was remarkable was that the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Tarun Goswami, F&B, was of utmost help with his attention to our requirements and comfort. . Sachin, service personnel, served us like his own family. He offered to lay an office table in the sun for my wife to work. Chef Daram Singh is a master in his profession and half of our stay was made memorable because of the food that his team prepared. The Resort is beautiful and green and offers a relaxing environment. Memorable holiday indeed. Missed the Mangoes and Pickles and Gur to remember the resort back home. Will visit again for sure.

If you are planning a retreat from the mundane world, then Baghaan is a place to come. The service, behaviour and presentation are excellent. Mr. Sachin Kumar organised a grand event for my daughter's Birthday celebration. Mr. Narpal Singh was a warm person who managed everything very well. The food by the chef Dharam Singh was delicious. The owner of the property Kripal Singh is a generous human being.

I recently visited Baghan Resort for a two-night, three-day stay, marking my third visit to this property. Unfortunately, I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of service and the staff's attitude. The standards have significantly deteriorated since my last visit. The resort has added several new cottages, but they are smaller in size and lack the charm of the earlier ones. The gardens near the cottages were barren and dry, with no greenery or natural beauty, which was extremely disheartening. The staff were untrained and unprofessional throughout our stay. On the second day, we were the only family staying at the resort. Instead of offering the promised buffet, the staff insisted we place a customized order from their menu. We complied and informed them of our preferred dining time, but when we arrived at the cafeteria, none of the food was prepared. We were made to wait 20–25 minutes, and even after another 30 minutes, they served food in ridiculously small portions. The food service was frustratingly slow. Each time we requested more, it took them over 10 minutes to bring another tiny portion. By the third serving, I lost my patience and expressed my dissatisfaction, especially since no discount was offered despite the subpar service. Additionally, they charged for my dogs, even though the dogs were not using any facilities and were merely staying with us. When I asked for bread, they refused, citing that their tandoor was closed. Instead of serving lachha tawa parathas as requested, they provided burnt and bitter phulkas. Additionally, the chicken they served had a foul smell, making it inedible. This poor service continued into the next day. Breakfast was not served as a buffet, and although the staff, after my complaints, became more polite and repeatedly asked for our preferences, the overall experience was still substandard. The resort charged me ₹22,000 for two nights, which is an exorbitant amount considering the lackluster service and amenities. For this price, I could have chosen a far better place offering superior hospitality. Another guest I met during my stay, who was visiting for the fourth time, echoed my sentiments. She too vowed it would be her last visit due to the resort's declining standards. The property itself seemed neglected, with overgrown mango trees but no grass or gardens. Everything appeared rusty, dusty, and unkempt. Stray dogs roamed freely, causing concern for the safety of my pets. Adding to the frustration was the rude behavior of Shikha at the reception. She was ill-mannered, unprofessional, and unfit for dealing with guests, especially considering the resort caters to an affluent clientele. Employing such staff will undoubtedly tarnish the resort's reputation. This was my final visit to Baghan Resort, and I strongly advise others to avoid becoming victims of their poor service and false promises. The experience was nothing short of appalling, and I regret choosing this place for my vacation.

We took a group of 62 members to Baghaan Orchard Retreat Kachraut, Uttar Pradesh. The stay was for 4 nights and UNFORGETTABLE moments for all our clients. The stay was great, and everyone had enjoyed their accommodation. The food quality and the behavior of their staff were professional, accommodating, and friendly. They have managed everything very nicely and taken good care of all our guests. Columbus Holidays Haridwar thanks to Baghaan Orchard Retreat and all staff for their great cooperation.
