晚上5点的飞机,所以和酒店说要延迟退房,延迟了3/4个小时,收费100块人民币不到点,很划算。

酒店位置很好,交通便利。房间干净整洁,采光也不错。服务人员态度热情,住得很舒心,性价比很高,下次还会再来。
这酒店把钱都花在了外观上了,房间一般般,这个大床还是两个床拼在一起的,中间有个分割线一样,不是很舒服,窗户是固定打不开的。
想要提前早上十一点入住,收了我225k的印尼盾才可以,明明有空房间却还要等到下午才能正常入住,不是很理解。
酒店工作人员服务很好,准点有免费班车送去机场。早餐不适合中国人,都是当地口味为主。
主要两个问题
1.噪音
住在5楼,凌晨四点就被房间外面的声音吵醒,退房的时候问服务员说是穆斯林的祷告声。
我尊重宗教信仰,但影响我的睡眠就不行。无论是酒店的设施问题,隔音做的不好,还是算酒店环境问题都可以,但不能给客人一个安静的睡眠保障,就不是好的酒店。
2.态度傲慢
酒店基本不回复邮件,看到备注接机需要提前一天联系酒店,抱着试试看的心态入住当天发了封邮件咨询,没有回复。
以为是没有订单不回复,就下了订单再发邮件,结果还是不回复。
落地了,携程帮忙沟通也仍然无果。
自己大从机场打车去酒店7公里多的路程,grab要47元,blue bird 要75元,机场可能有额外的收费。
虽然距离机场比较近,但自己打车费用不低。

位置很棒,服务一流,酒店干净,推荐给所有类型的旅客入住。
房间很安静很干净,每天早晨10.左右会有客房打扫服务,餐厅吃的也很多好吃,酒店背后有一条小吃街东西很便宜,离机场也很近,可以提前跟他们讲有免费送机服务
离机场很近很方便,开车十几分钟,酒店可以直接点餐吃,味道不错,很方便,就是服务费太高了点,其他还好。

3、 衣帽间空间较大,没有干透的衣服也急需晾晒一下。
4、酒店非常漂亮,装饰优雅大方,走廊有一股淡淡的香味,闻着比较舒适
5、 一楼大厅有多种类型的美食,熬了一个通宵看完布罗莫火山、再开车几个小时到酒店,刚好饿透了又累坏了,价格适中,牛肉米饭套餐 10 万印尼盾(约 40 多人民币),晚餐的时候还有歌手驻唱。
6、有免费接送车送到机场( 整点送,10 分钟到机场, 我错过了 11 点的车,坐 12 点的时间也还充裕)
7、周边环境确实没什么逛的,没有什么吃的,离商场也比较远,附件有一条花市街,还有像艺术品一样的本地装饰建材
