We really enjoyed our days at Lake Naverone despite the unseasonal weather. The place reminds me of the holidays at the lake that you see in old American movies and there was something for everyone to do. The hosts were great, the scenery unbelievable and the cottages are lovely and well equipped.

This is the most beautiful place we’ve ever been to. We decided to try a new holiday stay, and after arriving we knew that Lake Naverone was always going to be our favourite getaway. Our puppy loved it, we swam with her in the main lake, she had her own little garden that she played in. We even got told we could go for a walk across the road on the other part of their property, and it was such a peaceful and stunning walk with my partner and pup. Everyone is so warm and welcoming !

After an accidental stay at Lake Naverone four years ago, I always wanted to return to this most beautiful location. Nothing has changed from that visit, in fact I think it even improved. The view on the way(far less potholes too compared to previous visit) there slowly prepare you for the most wonderful scenery that greets you when you stop at reception. The friendly people working there immediately makes you feel at home and the cottage I stayed on was wonderful with everything you could need except stress, which disappeared into a calm when gazing over the beautiful lake with its reflections. Every moment presented another photo op. I will be back again, aiming to do a winter snow trip.

Beautifull, Tranquil and Peacefull. Just the right place to unwind and enjoy the view over the beautiful lake. Beautifull and fully equipped units. Close to Drakensberg Gardens should you require facilities.

Loved our stay. Weather was perfect. Not that you influence that but always helps. Chalet was just great. View out of this world. A lovely picture that reminds me of LN. Jane was incredibly helpful. Will definitely come back. Everything really well kept.
