We stayed one night for our anniversary in the tower and it was magical! Beautiful views, lovely room, friendly staff, and gorgeous grounds to take walks. Food was exceptional and service was top notch without being stuffy. You won’t regret it and nothing since has matched the standard of service and elegance.

Beautiful private island, recommend the spa and the deck to visit, it the weather is nice just enjoy walking around the island looking ate the animals.

Relaxing stay in Scotland
Wonderful stay! Very comfortable suite. Very clean. Breakfast options were excellent. Staff were very attentive. Fitness gym was nicely equipped and clean. We had a spa suite. It was amazing and well maintained.

Our stay was very disappointing and far from what you would expect from a 5-star property. The room was barely cleaned — apart from making the beds, no real effort was made, despite specifically mentioning that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The service throughout our stay was poor, and the staff were generally unfriendly.
We were a group of four, yet only one small portion of strawberry jam was provided at breakfast. When my son politely asked for another, the waitress refused, saying they couldn’t give more, even though it was clearly available at other tables. The dinner menu was also very limited, particularly for children, with hardly any suitable options.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was unsatisfactory in every aspect. The property simply does not live up to its 5-star rating.
