Amazing stay and amazing service by staff. Miss Deval was very helpful. She took care of our needs very gracefully. She personally served us as we had baby with us and became friendly witb our baby as well. Overall excellent hospitality

The best part of the hotel is the location and the Kamat restaurant. Food was good and the hospitality by Rajanish was very god. He was very attentive and accommodating. The WiFi in the room is not very strong and was effective in only half the room. The shower button was broken. One of the lift not working. However the staff in the hotel are very courteous and helpful.

Restaurant staff is worst, impolite, food is junk specially fast food. Inaccurate billing for food not consumed is charged too. Front desk and management staff of hotel is good- they supported with concierge of medicine request.

Amazing and warm staff especially ramesh & rajni’s.. and the food was brilliant. We tried various dishes and all of them were delicious

In terms of space, comfort I would like to give 5/5 because the property is damn good. Coming to most important part of the trip i.e. food here the food was very amazing and it was giving homely feeling and the team/staff members were very supportive, cooperative and quick. In breakfast and dinner Mr. Rajnish ji and his whole team helped us a lot their service is commendable. Overall I can share is property best, the whole team of the property is really very great and they will really make you feel welcomed If visiting dwarka with friends, family, colleagues do stay here. Worth visiting value for money is thier core component😊😊
