I have stayed at Tiaraa hotel with my family, really we had a great experience there staff was so polite and calm especially mr.Ankit from Front office was such a very nice and polite person. food was also good and the rooms was good. we had a beautiful mountain view from our room which is really very peaceful. thank you all tiaraa team for making our stay very comfortable..

We spent two nights at Tiara Lite, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel's modern decor, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities made our stay enjoyable.
The real standout, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Aarti from Food and Beverage Service was always prompt, courteous, and ensured that our dining needs were met. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor made our meals even more enjoyable.
Gajendra Bhandari, the Food and Beverage Manager, was very attentive and took the time to understand our preferences. He made excellent recommendations and ensured that our culinary experience was top-notch.
Amar Singh also provided advice about nearby places, going above and beyond.
Overall, we were impressed with Tiara Lite's commitment to excellence and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay
The only thing they need improvement is in handling the sold out situation. Housekeeping service was poor.

The stay was pathetic at grand tapovan hotel there was no light most of the time & the service staff was also not Upto the mark. This was the worst hotel I have ever experienced.

There were electricity issues which were sorted shortly. The restaurant and cafe at the hotel serve good food and made our stay worthwhile. The view from the cafe was lovely, specially at dusk. Over all a comfortable stay with good hospitality. The hotel even helped with booking for a rafting trip at a discounted rate.

a bed for an 11 year old child and everywhere in the hotel is not filled with dust and mud, the gate is covered with crust, it is hotel.looted in the name of foodI request everyone that this hotel is only in name but the work is absolutely zero.Manoj Tyagi
