Our room had trash in the bed side drawer, and for a no smoking hotel there was burns on the blankets and sheets, as well as the room stunk like cigarettes. The room was unbearably hot when we got into it and took over an hour to cool any at all. The floor had not been swept.

The room was both very unclean and almost nothing worked. Hair in the fridge and in the microwave? Also just as a list of everything messed up when we checked in: phone wasn’t connected, alarm clock unplugged, TV said no signal and you couldn’t use any outlets next to the bed. Not to mention rude customer service and lack of professionalism. Received a non-smoking room that smelt like what you would imagine your grandmothers house from the 1960s smelt. The cherry on top was the hole and screw in the ceiling. Ultimately wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend at all.

Customer service was not the best from an older gentleman that checked me in. No I contact, no greeting, could not understand, a I believe either a customer or perhaps a maintenance staff that was standing behind me helped when it wasn’t clear what the check in attendant was saying.

The staff at the entrance was very rude, and the property felt very dirty and unkept. We believe there may have been bedbugs in the beds, and the room was very dirty and stained. I’d reccomend to pay a couple extra bucks to go to the hotel right next to it as jt looks much nicer and safer.

Got locked inside the hotel bathroom alone when the door handle broke off. I called the front desk 10 times and didn’t get anyone finally I was able to break lock and get myself out after 10 minutes and walked in to the lobby to the old Indian guy sleeping at the front desk.
