The food was at best average but the server was very nice and food came quick - maybe because it was almost all premade. Dessert was delicious though. The place could also use a good thorough cleaning. Probably wouldnt visit again but for a casual dining out it was fitting.

the food was bad and not at all like real Danish "kromad" should be when I compare it to all the other places I've been to in Denmark. For the money you pay, things must be in order and the quality must be accordingly. I am badly disappointed overall a bad experience.

Rooms are good sized, clean and comfortable with closet storage and a desk. A good sized bathroom too. Breakfast had a nice variety of breads, meats, cheeses and eggs. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the food was quite good and really good portions. The best part of our stay was the host who helped us with pick ups and drop offs at the end and beginnings of our walking days on the Haervejen. His family has owned the restaurant and hotel for several generations and takes pride in the property. He was very kind and helpful!
