Having arrived from Lofoten, we were awed by the majestic Lyngen Alps and this lodge is aptly situated with one of the better views. It is also under 2mins drive to the city centre, ferry terminal and with Lynden strappa right next to it. We stayed for 5 nights, room with huge windows allowing majestic scenary to flood your senses. Communal kitchen is very well equipped and Ms Henrika is super - providing tips on hikes and is extremely flexible with our check out timing.

Wonderful place to enjoy magical lyngen! We stayed for two nights and we loved every second off our stay. Magical mountain Lodge is really magical. Wonderful scenery, mind blowing and beautiful. The family running the place were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and the common kitchen very good. We warmly recommend this place! And we would very much like to come back again!

Just perfect place to stay in Lyngen area. Rooms are spacious and clean. It is possible to cook your own dinner in the common kitchen. There you can also store your food in the fridge. An other alternative is the "restaurant" at the hotel where we ate breakfast every morning. Breakfast was definitely worth of money. Lyngseidet where the lodge is situated is a very cute little village. Very good possibilities for outdoor activities (e.g. mtb, trekking).

Just perfect place for outdoor people, friendly, clean and ready to help you for right places. We got ’on spot’ -advices for our days out. Rooms are spacious and you sleep well in all quietness and fresh mountain air. Hostess makes great food for casual dinners and you may even store your own food and stuff in fridge. This is perfect base camp for your activities, there are also tools and things you can borrow or lease. Thank you for wonderful stay!

Fantastic place to stay if you want to explore the wild landscape of the Lynge Alps. Lovely hosts, good food and large, practical rooms. Would recommend to anyone who loves the outdoor life. Would like to visit in winter and see the white mountains.
