房间地理位置特别好,进出买东西和吃饭都特别方便。早餐很丰富,中式的,马来的,娘惹的,印度的各式各样都有。下午还有livingroom可以休息吃东西。特别的客房服务,每天整理的时候开会帮我把乱丢的睡衣叠好房床头hhhh
酒店位置非常不错,在吉隆坡市中心,周边商场吃饭非常方便,可惜住的时候小朋友生病了哪里都没去。早饭不错,有现烤的面包夹黄油这种,餐厅位置可以看到一点点双子塔。最棒的是有洗烘一体的洗衣机,我们在马来西亚最后一天把衣服都洗了非常方便。不好的一点就是淋浴坏了,顶喷和手持转换的按钮不能用,可以直接扒出来开水的时候水全喷出来了。。。
本次入住出现了4个严重问题,不可接受。另外,该酒店疑似对携程订单或中国人不友善,请大家自行甄别。
1、预定的两间豪华套房,入住时前台某个土著女给的两间13层的普通房。
2、被我发现偷偷降级后,打电话给前台要求换成更高一级的景观房。房间是给换了,12和14层两间,但至今酒店未对该女前台行为官方致歉或让其本人致歉。图二图三明显能看出房间不一样,其实厕所也存在区别。
3、1403的洗衣机烘干功能是坏的(图5),当初订这家而不是别的就是看中能使用洗衣机。且,没有洗衣液提供,这点甚至不如国内亚朵。
4、给的楼层是能给的最低楼层,不知道是针对携程还是针对华人。
本次行程我全住的五星,唯有该酒店给钱哦感觉远差于国内四星,其它都非常优秀。显然不是当地服务业水平问题而是酒店个例。
综上,不建议入住。
详细描述一下洗衣机故障。设置为洗+烘模式之后在本该开始烘干的时候跳出故障码,好像是E20,然后就停机了。
订的公寓按照三个人订的,实际上大床可以睡两个人,沙发也可以睡一人,两个单人床可以睡五个人这个房间,外面的景观很不错。地理位置好,酒店对面就是坐观光巴士的金凤酒店,旁边就是轻轨站。
住了4晚,房间很大,设施也齐全,有洗衣机,酒店位置也还不错,距离柏威年商场步行10分钟,早餐一般,没啥吃的,水果就三种,早餐服务生服务不错。
非常差入住的体验!!!酒店纸条显示12月8号上午10点到下午1点会进行火警警报测试(见图二),但是!!!并没有告诉住客火警测试期间,所有电梯都会停止使用!!!天啊我们住在20多层的高层!!差点误机了!!!10:55分准备出门,结果发现电梯全部停运,致电前台说等5分钟就好了,结果并没有,再问就说10分钟,最后我一个人提着两个大箱子带着近70岁的老人走楼梯,并且机场一路狂跑 最后才赶上飞机✈️ 非常差的旅行体验!! 火警测试若涉及电梯停运无法出行,不是得提前告知住客电梯停运的具体时间,并且提醒请旅客提前安排好行程吗?!这个不是最基本的吗?而且二次致电前台态度非常冷漠直接怼我说“你生气也没用,不要浪费我时间,我挂了你的电话才能去喊人处理” (中英文翻译可能不够精准,但是当时真的被酒店的拽和冷漠震惊到了!!!有录音为证)已经通过携程发起投诉!实在太气人了!
准备方便是10:55分左右刚刚开始火警警报,最后折腾到上grab已经是11点半!1点半的飞机差点就赶不上了(幸好的士师傅给力在高速开到近130,才赶上飞机)
酒店性价比很高,位置方便去pavilion和亚罗街都很方便,25楼是酒廊和无边泳池,景色还是不错的。
很棒的酒店,公寓式房间布局,有厨房和洗烘一体机,住起来自由度很大很舒服,两米的大床可以自由翻滚。胶囊咖啡机每天都补充免费的胶囊,真不错。
客房小哥打扫的很认真,每天都把房间收拾的很干净!
酒店位置很棒,步行到地铁站、M记打卡点路口三分钟后,步行到柏威年五分钟,步行到HSK超市10分钟,去哪里都很方便,下次还会入住!
服务态度佳,环境新,干净,还有过滤水,省去买瓶装水的烦恼,地理位置优越,走10分钟就能到柏威年,正好碰到跨年酒店还送了块甜点,相当美味。
房间面积很大,而且屋内电视音响很不错,就是前台有点不好找,是和其他酒店连在一起的,一开始容易找错。位置还不错楼下附近很多小吃对面就是商场
