Resort was once a nice place as shown in the pictures while booking, The current condition is totally opposite. Rooms are in worst condition, Bathroom bowl has strains and had ants and flies even after flushing. There were ants all over the bed even after cleaning. Ants were carrying a dead cockroach over my bed. There were so many ants dead on our bed that we asked for a new bedsheet, but the care taker argued that we can not change bedsheet without Owner's permission. We asked him to call owner, but he told madam is not here, when she comes in evening, we will ask and change. Even after multiple interventions, they did not change bedsheets. The play equipment's are so dirty that its only occupying space. Slides are rusted, Even Bangalore's public parks are cleaner than this resort. Take your children there, they will enjoy more. Swimming pool we took bath somehow for 2 days but when we went third morning we went for swimming, we saw 4 frogs dead floating. Playground was not safe, you have to be with your kid every time when they play, Sharp edges near play equipment, if they put one step wrong, your child falls down by 10 feet. Slides were rusted. In the booking it was mentioned valley view, but when we opened our doors, it was a building which started construction but stopped in between. Overall, It was a night mare trip. Advice to Owner: please take it as feedback for improvement. Approaching road is not well maintained, got scratches on car due to plants and weeds.

It was one of the most horrible experiences we have ever had. Very very Worst, Cheated the money, Poor Service. Not having water at rest room thru out night. Food taste is very worst. The attitude of the staff and owner very arrogant. They didn't provide bath towels, bathroom accessories and not even provide plastic plates for having food from outside. Don't waste your money. you can find lot of home stay started from 3000. We paid Rs.22700 as room rent and not at all worth able for 2000 or 30000 rupees hotel.
